New pipeline of IFI dam projects

Please find attached an overview of hydropower, irrigation and other water and energy projects in the pipelines of the World Bank and other international financial institutions.

The list includes proposed World Bank support for the 260 MW Trung Son Hydropower Project (Vietnam) in the amount of $330 million, IFC support for the Star Hydropower Project in Pakistan, and IaDB support for several major hydropower projects in Bolivia, Costa Rica, Haiti and Peru, including the 305.5 MW Reventazon Hidroelectric Project (Costa Rica) and the 400 MW Chaglla Hydroelectric Power Project (Peru). The list also includes further dam projects in Afghanista, China, Jamaica, Laos, Papua New Guinea and Zambia.
